First, I stopped adding frozen yogurt to the cup because I noticed that it was not frozen and melted in the cup and the employee told me to move on and I wasn't allowed to add more. When I pointed out and complained that the yogurt wasn't frozen, he said oh well, it was just because a lot of people had been getting that flavor but did not let me switch flavors or even continue adding more of my flavor. He then made me pay full price for my cup of half-filled, melted yogurt. Will not go back to Charlottetown Gojis with this customer service.
