1 looking for options online and on the phone at sister properties and the other finding me the contact information for the site I booked on.
He approved the short notice cancelation without any hassle.

They directed my husband and I to your hotel perfectly, and when we walked in, I was greeted by name.
This in addition to the interesting, clean, comfortable room, great service, full breakfast in the morning,
All have Darren and I already looking forward to our next visit to Montreal.

Stayed here Feb 13/14. Arrived a bit early and were well looked after as they finalized the room preparations. The loft was amazing! Despite the bitterly cold weather, the warmth of the room made it feel great. Came with full kitchen, electric fireplace, jacuzzi tub, large overall space as well as a nice view out of the living room. We ate in the second night and we were not scrambling to find any kitchen utensils to prepare a nice comfort food supper. This place is clean, with wonderful staff. I would recommend and stay again anytime. Would be an awesome room for GP weekend in June!,

I would give this hotel a million stars if I could. My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. Every single staff member went out of his or her way to help us, and everything was amazing. Rooms are unbelievably nice. Free breakfast was DELICIOUS. Location cannot be beat. A++++++ in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone!
