I stayed here for 5 nights during COVID and curfew. I booked a suit, at check in they said the heating was broken in the suits and I would have to stay in a king for the night. Fine. I get in the room and it’s not very clean. Floor not vacuumed. Stains in the fridge. One of the lightbulbs for the night stand lamp was blown. Everything was closed even the vending machine! Couldn’t even get a drink. The grab and go breakfast they served was HORRIBLE. Cold English muffin with questionable egg and cold cheese slice. All out of the fridge. Luckily the Tim’s was near by.. The next night, went to check into the suit, I go in the room and it smells like cigarette smoke and the heating was still broken. So I went back to the first room for the remainder of my stay. I was there 5 nights, my room was never cleaned. Garbage overflowing. Had to call the front desk to get clean towels. Went to order room service one night when the restaurant was open for take out, buddy on the phone told me I had to physically come down to order my food. I did some walking around the first night, I could see rooms that someone was or had stayed in (bed unmade, lights on) one room in particular was left like this for the 5 days I was there....I stayed here for 5 nights during COVID and curfew. Everything untouched, bed still in the EXACT unmade state and light on.. obviously the person was checked out and the room was sitting like this for at least 5 days. GROSS. Especially since it’s COVID, they should be on top of the cleaning. I seen people mopping the floors in the lobby all the time but obviously they were neglecting the cleanliness of the rooms. NEVER AGAIN!!!More
