It's just a cool place. In a cool neighborhood. A block away from bagel heaven. Will be a line depending on day/time, but it will be worth it. Always get the "Massive". Then I'm done for the day. It's agony when it's all gone - it's so good. The sausage is like none I've had anywhere else.

Cool brunch options like crepes, waffles, bennies, and traditional eggs and toast options available. Red sangria was refreshing. My waffles stuffed with bacon were huge, tasty (bacon does that), and the blueberry sauce was so generous. My friends really enjoyed their crepes and poutine. No a/c, so it was kinda hot, but that meant drinking more sangria, so not all bad. They only have a few tables outside. Popular place means you'll likely wait 30 mins or more for a table. Fairmont bagels, coffee shops, and a cool gelato place are just across the street, so you don't have to wait hungry!

Arranged to meet some local family members here for brunch on a rainy weekday in June. The line outside was a bit daunting and took a while to process - don't think I've ever queued so long in the rain for breakfast before - but quickly moved on inside once a complicated table-for-ten got sorted out. The place was pretty busy but not cramped, and staff seemed to be keeping on top of everything, including some rather demanding tables, while maintaining calm and friendly attitudes. The menu offered a typical rangy of brunchy stuff with some interesting spins on the classics; eggs benedict seemed to be the most appropriate choice, and they were pretty nicely done and generous with the extra bits and bobs. Drinks were good too; nothing was spectacular enough to justify the lineup, but it was a pleasant meal.

Came across this place while visiting the Fairmont Bagel. Food was amazing! Staff is very friendly and prices are not that high. We were drawn because of the line outside - only had to wait for 5 minutes though.
