We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a block of rooms reserved for out of town wedding guests end Oct. The price was very reasonable. We were concerned about parking issues as described but were assured that the problem was not likely during "low season." The staff was correct - no problems at all. We stayed in one of the 5th floor renovated rooms. It was clean, well equipped, and had good mattresses. All staff members were pleasant, informed and aimed to please. "Bianca"was sweet & looked a bit like the tennis star! I am not sure why, but this hotel seems to cater to a "niche" crowd -Orthodox Jewish guests. This might explain unusual aspects of the restaurant food, esp breakfast. They do not mix meat & milk, hence no meat with their delicious scrambled eggs. Also no FRESHLY cooked items on the Sabbath-Saturday. The hotel guests I encountered were quiet, respectful and appeared quite accepting of others who clearly did not behave in the same Jewish fashion. Overall I would recommend this hotel, esp once all the rooms are renovated , tho I never saw the UN-renovated rooms. We enjoyed our stay!
