My husband and I picked this hotel for a quick local night away. The hotel is right in front of a bus stop, which is convenient, but just know you have to turn the corner and park on the side for the valet parking. There was no valet parking attendant when we arrived.
Double check your rate at check-in - I had booked the CAA rate with parking included and the front desk attendant told me that wasn't possible at first. Make sure you have your confirmation email. I am a Marriot Bonvoy member, so I booked directly on the site.
Our room was very nice and quiet - we were actually surprised how quiet it was, being downtown Montreal. In the morning, they put a tiny sign up on the front desk, which we didn't see until we went down to check out, informing us the water would be shut off. Luckily, we had taken our showers before they shut off the water, but I would have appreciated some notice, like a letter, being sent to our room in the morning to let us know beforehand.
When we were leaving, the valet almost insisted on handing my car keys to a man - even after I said it was my car, and my name is actually on the keychain of my keys. I'm not really impressed with someone handing my car over to the wrong person.

All that said, I appreciated a quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. If you are visiting Montreal, it's a very convenient location and maybe don't bring your car because they may give it to some random dude.More
