Felt like we were staying at an old friend's home while in Old Quebec. The hotel itself is circa 1800s and rooms are very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful with advice on things to see and do. Elaine was amazing, how many hotels have you been to where an employee gives you a warm hug goodbye when you leave? Very close to Old Quebec and all the attractions but on a quiet street away from the noise.

The hotel is on a charming quiet street walking distance from all the sites in old Quebec City. Our room was quite spacious, while the hotel itself is quite small and very charming. It felt like a home away from home. Staff is warm and personable.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff made you feel welcomed and were helpful with “must see” things while we were in Quebec City. The location was perfect for easy access to Quebec City’s Holiday activities. In spite of the cold outside, the hotel was warm and cosy
My friend and I spent 4 wonderful days exploring the beauty and history of the Quebec City area. We stayed in Room 6 on the third floor and really enjoyed the old building which is nearly 200 years old. The staff is just wonderful and welcoming with plenty of suggestions for things to do and see. Oh those stairs... The house is almost 200 years old so you can understand why they are ever so steep. Watch that first step on the 3rd floor. It's tricky. The lift for your bags is a great help.
This historic non smoking hotel sits in two adjacent buildings, almost at the high point of Old Quebec city just steps from the Plains of Abraham and everything you need. the street is quiet and peaceful and the room was large and light. Breakfast is a warm communal continental affair and the staff is warm and friendly and supremely fun to be around.
Charming boutique hotel on a quiet street with a lovely courtyard. In nice weather you could eat there, otherwise continental breakfast is served overlooking it. Our room (king bed, top floor) was spotless and beautifully decorated. There's a little elevator for luggage but otherwise it's stairs, including at the front door (i.e. not accessible but then that's pretty much true of Quebec City as a whole, lots of hills and cobblestones.) Elaine was incredibly helpful and pleasant (and bilingual). There is off-site parking, but you have access to your car during your stay. We would go back here in a minute!
