It’s my first time staying in Quebec and started to look for hotels. Since I booked the hotels late most of them were booked and found this gem in Sainte-Foy. From the hotel it takes 40 minutes to reach downtown Quebec by bus, but it was worth the stay here. The bus stop is one minute from the hotel. You walk out from the hotel. Go to your left and go up the hill and that is where the location is. If going downtown Quebec I recommend taking bus #25. Each time you get the bus the price is 3.50 but ai decided to get the day pass which sales for $8 cad. That is the better deal. You can get the daypass at Proxim pharmacy. Which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

So going back to the hotel. Upon checking in the staff was nice and helpful. When arriving at the room it was really clean. You have everything there a hotel room has to offer. The hotel offers breakfast for 12.00 cad plus taxes. For food they offer sausage, beans, eggs, ham, fruit, etc... the price of the breakfast was worth it.

Don’t let the location discourage you. If you don’t mind walking a little and don’t mind hoping on a bus for 40 minutes each way give this hotel a try. Another plus is that it’s five minutes away from Sainte-Foy train station. If you are headed to Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, etc by train well the hotel is close by. Also another big plus if you are looking to dine at a good french restaurant the hotel offers one and it’s called Galopin. Reservation is required to dine there, so just pick to the receptionist to help you reserve there.

Give this hotel a try you won’t regret it...

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a comfortable bed, an easy to use electronic safe to keep valuables,, and easy to control room temperature. The public spaces were kept clean and tidy. The front door staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was nice having the orange water to drink at convenient and comfortable locations. The hotel was located close to the airport, close to some lovely restaurants, and on reasonably accessible routes to Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls.

This was a great hotel for us since we were looking for something near our arrival and departure points (St Foys Bus Station and Quebec Airport). Old Town is far but the hotel provides a shuttle service to get there. We decided to take an Uber since their schedule didnt work for us and it was around 20 CAD each way.

Hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and service is good. Would recommend if you dont mind staying out of expensive old town and far from restaurants and shops.

Excellent hotel with a great staff. Very clean rooms. Quiet rooms and very close to major highways into the city. On top of that, they have a free shuttle bus to the old town of Quebec (drop off at the Frontenac). Complimentary Nespresso machine and capsules in the rooms. Free parking

This hotel is nicely renovated but the rooms are a tad small. And although relatively clean, I recently noticed hair on the tiles that tell me that the maids do not change rags with every room. That a little disgusting.
Bedding is nice and comfy.

I am a business traveler that can stay 15-20 mights a year and I recently had a bad experience trying to book one night. The hotel told me they had a 2 night minumum policy in place (this is for a Wednesday night !!???) and still could not accomodate me although I am a repeat customer. First, I despise these types of selling techniques although I could be more tolerant if it were applicable to weekends. But it still is 1960's thinking to me and I hate being held hostage to such crap.

I will not be staying there anymore, you lost a repeat customer.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience in our establishment with us. Note that a follow up was made with the house keeping regarding the hair on the tiles in the bathroom. It is clear that this is intolerable and shouldn't happen and we deeply apologize for it.

As for the 2 nights policy, note that we are not the only establishment to apply such a restraint, especially in high season, where everyday of the week is equivalent to the weekend. For the past few weeks, we've been booked almost everyday, which brings us to use this policy during the week. Outside of the high season, we use this policy only on very busy weekends.

Thank you again for taking the time to reach out to us. Have a nice weekend.
