This little gem hidden on 73 Sault-Au-Matelot is a quaint casual/dressy restaurant that specializes in unique French bistro like cuisine. The ambiance is vibrant and buzzing with good energy. Their beef and salmon tartare are some of the best I've ever tasted...probably a house specialty! We also had oysters, lobster and saffron court-bouillon, fishes and molluscs, crouton with rouille and cobia tataki, brussels sprouts, apple, pumpkin seeds. All beautifully presented and delivering on taste with a punch....well balanced flavors and acidity. It was a wonderful time with friends and a great find! Wonderful wine selections to add! One suggestion is that you make reservations before 8PM, the kitchen closes at 10PM.
