I dont understand all the negative comments on here we just got back and had an awesome experience here. The staff was friendly and we went whale watching while there. We got a nice discount on tickets and were shuttled from the campgrounds and back. We stayed at site 108 and it was a minute walk from the washroom facilities. The facilities were just super clean for a campground beyond what i expected. Yes the showers cost money a whopping dollar for a 6 minute shower and the water was fine. The laundry room was very nice and a dollar for the washer and dollar to dry I dont think you can complain about that. We brought our own firewood so I can't comment on their firewood. Yes there are rules posted on the picnic table and they are there to educate people who would tear bark off of trees to start a fire and think nothing of it and things like not littering. I thought the overall value was excellent and it was sp peaceful and quiet at night. If you want to camp and party loud this is not the place for you. If you want a nice place close to everything this is the place!!!! We will for sure be back.
