Enjoyed over night stay. Pool was not as warm as I expected but nice; reception warm and friendly; room large, clean with all expected amenities; hotel well maintained. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Saskatoon Berry Ribs were excellent, veggies served a bit crisp just the way I like them, and the Saskatoon Crumble was delicious. Hotel within walking distance of Tunnels, downtown shops.

Very expensive for the type of facility. Bad experience beginning with the check in. Way more expensive than when we stayed there on the weekend two weeks prior but would not honor the same rate for the same room. Not one ice machine was operating on parkade side of the building. Rooms were lovely but not as lovely as the price would dictate. Breakfast on Sunday morning was very, very slow. Glad that we didn't have any small children with us. If it wasn't for the pool, would not stay there again. May just stay at another hotel and buy a pass for the pool. We have stayed a few times over the years and have noticed a decline in the hotel every time.

Dear Marniesen

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your comments regarding your past visit. I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations this time. In regards to the room rates they do vary depending on the day of the week and time of the year just as the airline industry. We always have specials and packages listed on our web site so you can choose the best time to visit with rates that hopefully meet with your budget.

Again, thank you for your feed back and I will see the restaurant sees your comments.

Yours truly

In early March my husband and I along with several family members stayed at Temple Gardens for a family wedding at a nearby venue. Not our first stay here, yet we once again found access, parking and finding our way around a bit confusing. Check in was speedy and efficient. Desk staff was patient and willingly answered our questions. Perhaps better signage and directions could help as others shared our concern.
-Our room was on the parkade/casino side of the street, clean and well appointed with a comfortable king bed and nice bedding. Our charge for 2 nights was $425- $189 per night room charge, $4.95 nightly parking plus taxes. Had we more time to enjoy the pool facility and such it might not have seemed as pricey and a better value.
-We used the mineral pool one evening and once again enjoyed the under the stars night access to outdoors.
-We ate breakfast, lunch and a group dinner one night at the hotel restaurant. The food choices were good, the service excellent and the food was tasty- we especially enjoyed the prime rib.
-I have relatives in the Moose Jaw area and will probably stay here again, but only if I had more time to enjoy the pool/spa to get value for the price paid.

Dear Cookiemanitoba

Thank you very much for passing on your detailed comments regarding your two night stay. I am glad that you enjoyed your two night stay at our resort. And yes I agree that getting lost in our hotel is common as it runs in circles and you are not alone. We do tray to convey the path to travel through signs but it is very difficult.

Again, thank you

My husband I stayed here for two nights recently. We were pleased with the pool and also the facial treatment at the Spa itself. However, we will not return until some renvoations are done on the guestrooms and particularly the TV's and radios. The Brier was on during our stay and our TV was so bad we gave up trying to wathc. For the price we paid we did not feel we got our money's worth and will not be returning.

Dear Pearls27

Thank you very much for passing on your comments regarding your television in your guest room. I am very sorry that you were not happy. We are going through the hotel and replacing televisions on a need basis and changing over others from tube to flat screens. Unfortunately this does not help you for your stay and I apologize for that. I have sent you a E mail directly through your Trip Advisor account to work with you to have you return

Yours Truly
