This is in the hotel of Temple Gardens Spa.I have only had breakfast here. The are very friendly the food is very good here.A good place to go if you don't want to go out, they also have room service in the hotel.They are also open in the evening.

Food was fantastic.
The service was brutal. Ate there today, November 9th at 2:30.
No staff in site when we arrived. Had to go to the kitchen to find a server. The female who served us wouldn't let us eat in the restaurant even though the sign said the restaurant was open. She made us eat in the lounge. Female server and male server complained about other staff and bosses of restaurant saying how everyone else was inadequate and didn't know how to do their jobs. Really lame atmosphere when you're on a date. Would have walked out but we had a voucher for free lunches.
Decided to go back for supper because we had another voucher for free Prairie Platter, we figured it had to get better at Harwoods because it couldn't get worse.
It was worse. Upon arrival while waiting to be seated staff just walked by, no one welcomed us, no one looked at us, felt ignored until finally the man working came and told us we had to eat in the lounge even though the restaurant only seemed half full.
Again, the staff were arguing, complaining, even saw two female servers verbally fighting when we were leaving the restaurant. The service was so slow that a customer gave up on waiting for her tables drinks, walked to the bar and served her table herself.
The food is delicious at Harwoods, loved it.
The atmosphere was brutal. The staff were cranky, petty with each other and appear to be untrained. It appears to be time for staff training, serious coaching on being professional servers or time to hire new servers. It really wasn't worth the free lunch or Prairie Platter. Disappointing that the rest of the hotel is good and the restaurant service is so poor.

We had a coupon for lunch included with our hotel offer. We went for lunch and the waiter sat us in the bar on crappy chairs, separated from other diners in the restaurant. It was strange and annoyed us, the waiter seemed to be bothered that we were interrupting his day. If we go back to Moose Jaw we will not dine here again.

Went for brunch to find a long line and they closed at 1pm. They didn't really want to seat anyone and were turning people away. A family a head us got in and so did we with a a lot of persistence as they kept saying we close in 20 min. Went to the room where the buffet was and they were loading more food so we thought this is good and staff were waiting in a side room that had the door open. There were a lot and they were glaring at us taking food. I thought this is weird. Then a waitress came in and was trying to get us out and it wasn't even 1pm. Then a staff came and ask the omlet maker guy is it ready for staff now? Then I realized all the staff wanted the customers out and done well before it closed and were putting out fresh food for the staff. Paying customers are turned away and limited and made to feel uncomfortable for a brunch they are paying for because the staff want the free food. Clear example of why large corporations do not do this practise because staff put their own wants for free food above paying customers and businesses suffer.

Don't go Sunday morning, the hostest is just wrong and will try to ruin your day..
Food is okay once you get it..
The pub for lunch is great

They are usually motivated to serve guests well as it certainly makes the day move along more pleasantly for them. With the information available we will attempt to find the incident and ensure it does not take place again.
