Arrived about 7pm Friday evening and had a nice table outside on patio. We had visited McP several times in the previous location still on this website and had good food and great service in a fun atmosphere. But McP seems to have taken on more than they can handle at the newer location across from Harvey’s. Service from waitstaff was extremely slow and otherwise poor. Worst of all the kitchen has lost it touch on food quality. One of their signature items that we enjoyed in the past, The Ruben, was terrible. Tasted like old roast beef sandwich from weeks ago. And another of our group had the grilled chicken sandwich that came out bun warm and chicken cold, like just out of the fridge.
They apparently now have a larger seating capacity than the kitchen can service and the waitstaff can manage adequately.
Too bad - this used to be a great little place down the street.
