Lovely cottage in a good location. With family for our sons wedding. Kitchen and kitchen equipment could have done with a spring clean. We would use again.
The cottage was comfortable but not ideal for elderly people as baths very high and some would find it difficult to get out. Steps in garden to back door rather steep when people have problems walking.
Some light bulbs had not been checked and needed replacing and we felt that the cottage could do with a thorough clean.
Certainly I would recommend the cottage to younger people.
My wife and I stayed for a week in June. The cottage was everything we hoped for having all we needed. Two minute (slow) walk to local pub which served good food. Being so close to the M5 also made getting around by car very easy. We have friends and relatives in the area and would happily rent this cottage again in the future.
We stayed for a week in august and had a wonderful time. The lodge was lovely and well equipped. My daughter especially loved the under floor heating in the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend
The cottage has lots of charm and was well equipped with modern bathrooms.
Good local village pub with good food.
Near to the pretty village of Topsham which had lots of amenities.

We booked the cottage for a hen weekend and it was perfect. Great location for a Exeter but nicely tucked out of the way.
We met the lady who looked after the cottage shortly after we arrived and she provided much local knowledge and was very helpful suggesting places to eat and drink.
The cottage provided everything we couldve needed, it was great value for money and i wouldn't hesitate recommending it to others.
