Fascinating to see the goat milking and cheese making right on site! The crepes made by the owner, Fred, are the best I've ever had -- and I've had quite a few... Marisa, the cheesemaker, is a visionary -- one of the only (the only?) buffala mozzarella makers in France. They have both goats and buffalo on site. Right on the ocean, this place is heaven! And be sure to take your kids/grandkids, they get to feed a bottle to the baby goats after the big goat milking is done. Well worth the visit!
