A little off the beaten track but close to Torre a Mare (East of Bari) this hotel lacks a standout location but offers a well run service, comfortable rooms and a better than average restaurant. Worth considering if in the area.

If you are a fan of 1970s brutalist architecture, dark brown rooms and bare stained concrete this is the place for you. Everyone else should avoid this sad grubby but expensive hotel. The breakfast was poor and the pool was ok but the water slide was not in use.

Really nice hotel, characteristic made in local stones tufo
5stars needed to be given to the breakfast where you can eat almost everything you can have in mind for a breakfast meal
Nice swimming pool and almost great gym that anyway is leaded by external partner therefore there are time restrictions to get access... For instance Sunday afternoon was close and it was not highlighted anywhere.
Another point to be improved is the maintenance of this facility, for instance it is not well cleaned outside: lots of leaves and pine needles everywhere give the feeling it is not well kept place.
All in all I've given 4 stars I believe making a fair trade of btw above topics

A four-star hotel where the floor is so dirty its sticky. Dust in every corner. The pictures look way nicer than the place. There are many other options in the region.
When we arrived after 11 pm they told us there was no one to help with our bags. The person at the front desk did not lift a finger to help us - he could have done it easily.

Hotel is more geared up to conferences and groups, lovely in parts but lacking in facilities. Room was nice and spacious (junior suite) with old style dark decor. Basic amenities in room but you can request items such as conditioner, body lotion, shave oil etc from reception, mini bar was just a fridge with water in it. Air con was good. Beds comfortable and decent size. Pool area is lovely, nice big pool and 2 slides for children (limited opening hours whilst we were there in June). Limited sun beds available and it took 3 days of complaining and the hotel did then get some more put out. Spa must be run by a separate company, it is not included and is €18 euros per hour and must be booked in advance! Spa hours were limited! No price lists of treatments available and disappointing - looked lovely but tropical showers not effective, individual spa tubs not working. Gym is large and looks more like a body builders gym with lots of equipment / Not open all day and has set hours. Breakfast was disappointing, limited hot food and not quality we have experienced in other UNA hotels. Staff not over helpful and felt like we had to complain a lot to get basics corrected! With improvement in staff and some basic upgrades could be an amazing hotel! Final point it is not local to anything, in a run down area so car hire for us was essential! To be fair They do offer a shuttle service to train and local beach area.
