The room was very clean and fresh. The staff were so friendly and polite. The reception staff were lovely. The food was good. I love the bar area out the front on decking, it had such a nice feel about it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed 6 nights, half board. Having requested disabled parking, we were delighted to find a labelled parking slot when we arrived. Shannon in reception made us very welcome and was enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay, as were all her colleagues. All the reception, restaurant and room staff - including Alex, Angus, Shanaya and Jana – were very friendly, helpful and professional. For example, when we requested non-slip mat for the shower, the lady on reception organised it instantly. Our room was excellent – plenty of storage - and was kept clean and re-supplied throughout.
The room was on the first floor, up a rather steep, narrow staircase. Accessibility for disabled guests would be improved by a lift, although at great cost.
The restaurant was also excellent, although the menu choices were rather limited, possibly because there were few guests. However, the meals were all delicious and well presented.
In all, a very enjoyable holiday, due largely to the friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

Perfect little getaway! We stayed in ‘Pebble’ one of the beautifully appointed Beach hut suites. The bedding, furnishings and decor were all amazing quality. Our accommodation was perfect and the little extras that were provided very welcome. The terrace bar was wonderful, particularly on Sunday when the violinist Inna Erskine performed so beautifully. A special mention to our waiter Mark who made our stay and dining experience both memorable and enjoyable.

My dog was made so welcome and loved her chicken and rice
Loved it so much we are coming back in October
Only problem which is nobody’s fault is wi fi didn’t work but everything else so amazing was not a problem
