The only reason this hotel gets 3 stars from me is because the staff are amazing and try so hard to meet every request for you.
Where to start. The rooms are in need of a lot of TLC. Paint peeling, low water pressure, doors peeling, weird smells at different times of the day. The first day we got there the pool was green. The third day it was blue. Makes you wonder what was wrong with it before.
The beach is not the clean beach shown in the pictures. There is lots of garbage all along and lots of spots further up the beach were well maintained by the hotels there.
The free breakfast... well you get what you’re (not) paying for. Not good, not very many options, and a dead fly in the rice. We did not eat at this restaurant for any meals after this.
There was also a lot of confusion over airport shuttles and if it was offered or not (Expedia said it was, some staff said it wasn’t.) We ended up paying 250,000 rupiah (about $25 CAD) to get to the airport.
This hotel is not close to senggigi town at all. You need to cab to get there. Book somewhere closer to senggigi would be my advice. More
