We stayed one night at the hot spring hotel - at the new wing which apparently has only been there for a couple of years. The room was reasonably appointed and modern. The new wing has also its own hot spring pool, reception and bar. But the guests are free to use the thermal pools at the main part of the hotel as well - which were simply divine and very relaxing. The scenery around the hotel and the waterfalls were beautiful. We had massages on the night of our arrival. The massages were good, but the only down side was that the spa room was very cold at night and there was no heating making it quite uncomfortable lying there in the cold. Free internet at the hotel lobby. All in all the thermal hot springs were something very special and our stay quite memorable.

We went on jan 2014 and the entry fee was 50.000 pesos per person. Last time I went it was quite expensive, and just ok as a place, the service was just ok and amenities were quite old. The thermal baths a few km down the road are larger, cheaper(34.000 per person ) and just slightly more crowded, but with a gorgeous waterfall. We thought they were actually nicer.

This hotel was the best surprise of my recent trip to Colombia. We were there for a week, but the best time was what we spent at this hot springs hotel. The scenery is gorgeous. Its relaxing! The hot springs are soothing. Just perfect

Room tip: We stayed in the new hotel building and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

We stayed in a hotel for a night. According to the locals hotel is the best option near the termal spring. We paid 100 000 pesos a night per person although the official price was 140 000 pesos (accommodation with breakfast, dinner and lunch) but we refused to eat food there. We were put into older part which is very noise. We were woken up buy construction workers at 6.45! Breakfast is very basic and it is served in the dinning room with plastic seats! The most weird is that when you check-inn somebody goes to you to your room and count all the towels which they gave you, things from minibar and even they show you they know there is a glass made of glass in your bathroom… just don't to steel it. AVOID!

The only good thing about this hotel it's the nature, which brings me to the question: why on earth do people have to pay to use the natural water? I know you're using also the hotel structure but honestly it's over rated, guests badly treated and worst of all: the loud music all day long! We arrived at 11:00, paid an extravagant amount of money to be let in (by the way if you're travelling with a child make sure you have a passport or birth certificate with you otherwise the GUARD, not the hotel staff, will charge you the full prize for the entry), no towels (just for the hotel guests!! a bit discriminatory isn't it?), and it wasn't possible to buy a simple coke if you didn't ask a waiter to bring it to you so you also have to pay for the service.
I could cope with all that but honestly the loud music was absolutely unbearable, no matter what type of music they played but it was just like trying to pray in a disco! Shame really as this place could be an oasis for travelers, maybe have slot hours during the day?
