My three week stay in Guadeloupe was made so much better by the suggestions and guidance that J-C gave. The fact that you are 300 metres up means that wonderfully cooling breezes in the evening make Les Alizes a wonderful place to sleep after the heat of the day. Add to that the grounds with bananas, avocados and some charming green iguanas (they're vegetarian) who stroll around from time to time and you have a delightful setting. Oh and there are some delightful cats too! Highly recommended!
