It was Black Saturday during our day tour visit at the resort. Since it was holiday and is summer already, guests were jampacked as expected. We first have our lunch at their restaurant. Per serving of their entreés is good for 2-3 persons. Taste was not as good as what I expected. But their Halo-halo was the bomb! It really complemented the summer heat. They have a kiddie pool with slide and a huge pool 4-6ft deep. The beach was sandy but has plants in it. Aside from cabanas and tents they also offer floating rafts. Water activies were on the list too! Learned how to do the Stand Up Paddle here. Kudos to the lifeguard who taught me how. I wasn’t able to get his name but he is really accommodating.

The resort is not quite what it looks like on the photos, it really needs renovations, especially the rooms. We had to change the room on the 1st day, as it had a huge moldy stain on the bed and the room smelt. The staff were very attentive and nice and we enjoyed the food. Overall cleanliness was ok; however I did step on a piece of glass in our closed balcony.

The amenities at the resort were good. The swimming pools were clean, there is a giant chess set, billiards and many facilities where visitors can enjoy. We enjoyed the banana ride but we had to walk thru a rocky beach fronting the resort. The breakfast area is not good since there were flies as the restaurant is an open area.

Room Tip: Rooms fronting the beach.

We have stayed many times at this great resort, and now we are using their excellent conference facilities. The rooms are clean and all facilties working well. Richard and his team take all your worries away, nothing is too much trouble. Very professional team and all on time! Catering is excellent, sound systems and seating first class. After the conference or holiday stay ask Matt at the cocktail bar to make you something special. The resort is so good in fact that an Australian friend of ours is planning to have his wedding there soon. Well done again to Maryfay and her team, we now have a regular booking.

Needs renovation. This is supposedly a nice beach front hotel with a big pool. But unfortunately, they need to renovate the hotel rooms.
Although there are family villas that I think are newly built, but the rooms of the hotel are old with cockroach smelling bathroom.
