Stayed here once again for 5 night in September 2017. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had an upper floor room in the main building. Very clean. comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bidet. Plenty of fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast served in morning. Table set for us before we came down each morning. great service. plenty of free parking. beautiful views. Nice outdoor sitting area..perfect for a glass of wine and plate of cheese.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the Veneto wine producing country. If you're looking for the Prosecco route, this is the perfect place to start.

It's a family-run establishment with over a hundred years' heritage. They will make you feel at home and you will feel like you're truly in their home.

Views from the hotel over the village are truly authentic. The rooms are exceptionally clean. It's a traditional stay so don't expect International standard hotel. Just enjoy the experience.

Room tip: If you can get the room at the top floor you're guaranteed a wonderful view over the valley.

Let's start with the obvious: the place, a venetian villa, is majestic. It has charm, flair, it is a mixture between strictness and laissé faire.

However it would need a redesign to capitalise on this asset. The interior remains in shape but is a bit out of date.

You will enjoy the restaurant. The menu is quite short, but the dishes mastered.
It is a place where a lot of hikers stop on their way from Munich to Venice. The portions will be slightly too small for them. However for other guests it will be OK.

The hotel is owned by the family. So everything stay quite familiar and very friendly.

We stayed for 7 nights in a room on third floor of main building. Room was spacious and clean. Large clean bathroom with shower sink toilet and bidet. Large antique dresser and nightstands in room.very comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets
provided. Windows with shutters and nice view of mountains and town of Tarzo. Free parking outside hotel. Eating area inside with amazing view. We also ate breakfast outside on patio. Wonderful and accommodating staff. Excelllent service. The rooms on third floor are newer but retain old world charm of this old mansion. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location for touring this region. Can't wait to return!

About 1 hour from Venice, in a little village near the Dolomite Mountains, there is this little Hotel and Restaurant of the "Della Pieta" family. If you want to eat authentic Italian Food and relax in a quiet place not far from Conegliano in the hart of the Veneto- that's the write place for you. It's the home village of my mother, the place of my dreams. The food at the restaurant is prepared with great care and with the old traditional unbeatable family recepies. From Tarzo drive to Feltre-it's beautiful!
