we went to Tukka's for the Oct. food month special and we were not disappointed. the service was fantastic the food was remarkable and the view of gun bay was spectacular. The restaurant isa bit out of the way from the tourist scene but worth every bit of effort. We went on a Sunday and finding a public bus was a little challenging but we got it done. The driver said things were a little slow on Sundays but one would be by for the return. We went to the wrek art gallery cross form Tukka's and the owner said no service for return. After lunch the owners of Tukka's said no Sunday service for return. This was now becoming an issue. Tukka's manager took it upon himself to encourage a customer we didn't know to pick us up and take us to Georgetown. Totally above and beyond the call Thank you. The other people picked us up as we were walking in the direction of Georgetown. Thanks to all and the food is worth every bit of effort to get there even the walk.

This restaurant is the total package - delicious food and drinks, a lovely outdoor dining area, friendly service, and a chance for a unique experience - hand feeding frigate birds! Between 5 and 5:30 every day, one of the kitchen staff brings a bucket of the “throw away” seafood parts and throws some into the water to feed the tarpon, and then feeds the frigate birds with the rest! He will give you a glove to put on and some food from the bucket, you hold your hand out and the birds come swooping down and take it from your hand before you even know it! Then, you have a beautiful view looking out over the water as you enjoy a wonderful meal! This is a top quality dining experience in every way!

We stayed at Morritt’s and loved the ease of having the Tukka Shuttle pick us up and return us after dinner—short 3 min ride from the resort. We had the chefs tasting menu. Great variety of selections and good service. Higher end dining than we expected and if we find ourselves back in this area of the island, we would definitely return. Try an appetizer sampler!

This was a fantastic meal. Even though the parking lot was full and we did not have a reservation we were seating on the covered deck overlooking the water immediately. The owner seated us and also delivered and explained my meal since I ordered one of his specialties. We had iguana three ways, hot and cold seafood platter, yellowfin tuna and the Tukka Catch. Every dish was expertly cooked, seasoned and presented. My favorite thing was the snapper ceviche. We were straight off the beach in shorts and hats but there were people dressed for dinner as well. This restaurant is not to be missed!
