“Best place to relax and enjoy.”
Reviewed 15 February 2013

We were here on the third week of January this year. A new place in Metro Manila to relax and enjoy. Very accessible to airport, hotels, restaurants, and nice attractions within M.Manila.

Good restaurants, classy or not you will truly find it satisfying. One can assure of an easy ride to return home. Taxis, jeepneys are available around the corner. There are a lot of people around but not very crowded. Great plazas and other meeting centers.

I prefer to come back there again.

“Better than Makati”
Reviewed 31 January 2013

The Fort has become the new Makati from my childhood. It is nice, clean, organized and not so crowded. The neighborhood is currently undergoing a construction boom with a dozen building cranes dotting the skyline. I loved the spacious sidewalks, with handicapped ramps, where you don't have to worry about elbowing someone next to you. It does have a mini park where people do calisthenics and martial arts but they need a bigger one in my opinion. I hope they build one with a bike trail, children's playground and maybe a water park! As other reviewers have noted. the neighborhood is filled with mid to high rise buildings, shops, cafes and restaurants. This place would be my place to go to on a weekend nights.

“The New Makati of Manila”
Reviewed 28 December 2012

Having been in the neighborhood a few years back I was shocked to see a new city built in such a short time. This once military camp is now a set of new/almost finished/in construction skyscrappers and shops. The main shopping street has a lot of greens and there are a few square's which the city decided to use for recreation areas (v. expensive but good idea). The place is worth a stop-by, especially as it is on the way to the US cementary.

“Newest in place in Manila”
Reviewed 9 December 2012

The Fort used to be a military base. It is now the newest financial and commercial development in the country rivaling that of nearby makati. A construction boom of new and modern skyscrapers dot the area. It is worth a visit to sample the many restaurants offering varied international and national cuisines. It also has a sprawling shopping complex where you can find local and international brands.

The fort has many hotels and shopping places, with the High Street Mall being the most famous. Definitely the best place to stay when travelling to Manila
