We have been 3 nights at Dona Chava. B&B well located, quirkly, nice garden and balconies for clients. Wide cozy room, basic furniture. Bathroom with hot water (ask for a ground floor room for not having problems). Staff very polite and kind, when we reserved they provide us helpful infos on how to get to Pedernales

Room tip: room at ground floor, to be sure to have hot water

The hotel itself is picturesque, it has all the basics you need in a lovely setting. Also, the owners are genuinely lovely people. The owner took us up one of the nearby mountains, the view was stunning, he was so knowledgable about the history and the natural world! We also had a great time at the beach! Best to take a 4x4 if heading to Bahia de las Aguilas.

If they just added hot water and started breakfast early this place would be great. The rooms are small but sensibly laid out. They have air con (evening and night) and fans, good breakfast, a restaurant (independently run) and a bar. It's well located, not too noisy and great value, we slept well and would recommend it.

This hotel is a good option to rest. There are not many options in the province as the province is low populated and it's not economically prosperous.

What you first will notice when you enter it's the well thought decoration. They've tried to resemble a typical rural household with the wooden construction and palm tree roof in the common areas.

The room was very clean, had AC (from 8pm to 8am with a preset temperature) and cable TV, although the cable was out within our stay and sadly Wifi problems. They had no hot water also. They explained to me that the heating was solar powered and it was already night.

The breakfast was very good and very well presented and the staff was very polite and attentive.

We stayed here for one night before a trip to the bay eagles. All very worthy. Small rooms, clean linens, hot water in the shower. There vintelyator and air conditioning, but it was cool and did not need anything. It is like a courtyard with benches, rocking chairs, lots of interesting things. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, toast, butter, juice and coffee. Everything is very delicious. there is parking. The staff is friendly.
