We stayed at the hotel overnight after a wedding & left on 1st June. Me, my wife & our 2 year old daughter. After some confusion over the booking, a cot was arranged for us. The reception staff had also called ahead to warn of local traffic issues.
Room was just what was required, nothing spectacular - but it is a travelodge! Room was tidy, bed was comfy...although the cot mattress was quite hard.
The main reason to review positively was regarding the kindness of the staff. After leaving, I called them as my wife lost an earring, which she thought she dropped in the car park. We searched around, with no joy - and after my call, the staff did the same. They must have been out a few times & finally, later that day I received a call to say they'd found it. Very kindly, they offered to send this to us, as we don't live locally. The earring held more sentimental value than monetary - but unfortunately, the parcel was opened before it arrived with us (sent recorded delivery). Royal Mail were no help - but we did just want to thank the helpful staff at Travelodge Feering for their kindnessMore
