The site has a very scenic position on a hill overlooking the harbour, with great views, and a steep access road. It is ten minutes walking from the port (downhill!), very convenient if you have an early boat trip. We had a great two-storey villa with two separate rooms and a balcony with a fantastic view of the sky at night, ideal for a family, also with two external covered spaces with a refrigerator and two tables where one can have the generous breakfast freshly prepared. Coffee, tea and drinking water are in the room. If one has an early start of the day breakfast is prepared the night before and left in the fridge. The manager was very readily available on whatsapp for all our needs, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I stayed in quite a few places in Labuan Bajo due to underestimation of the high-season, so I got a bit of an overview of the various options. If you want something little bit more than the budget accommodation, Villa Seirama Alam is the perfect choice. The prices are a little bit more than the more budget ones, though the value you get is definitely worth every additional penny. To start with, the views are great, not only from the common area, where you would have your breakfast or sip your beer. Also from some of the rooms you get the whole vista of the bay. The place is clean and tidy, which is a gem for the affordable price range.

The place is on top of the hills behind the town so it takes about 15 minutes to walk there, and it is a climb! Though ojek and taxis make it easy to reach the place. The caretakers were not easy to communicate, however that did not matter much.

This is a great place to stay. We searched for somewhere as our stay was over Indonesias Independence Day and we found this accommodation by chance on Air B&B. We had the chalet at the top of the hill and it was stunning with amazing views of the bay. Facilities are basic but perfect for what we needed with a hot shower, adequate air conditioning and a fridge full of soft drinks and beers. The lady that runs the accommodation is also really helpful and keen to make sure you enjoy your stay. Our only improvement would be that this accommodation relies on having the lady that speaks good English on site. Our departure day was on her day off and the other girls seemed very confused without her around to manage the site. It is so much nicer being in this location rather than in the centre of town as taxis are so cheap and it's literally a 15 minute walk to town. In a dream world it would have a small swimming pool here to help guests stay cool but I appreciate it's only intended to be basic accommodation.

We stayed in August for a week with a family of four. The first night we stayed in the "new house" which was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms and a terrace with a stunning view. After that we moved to the two rooms in the second level of the main house. Both arrangements are absolutely recommended- perfect views, a quiet place above the city, easy commute to town with passing bemos...

My friend and I spent three nights at Villa Seirama Alam, and we loved it!

We rented a room on the second floor of the main villa, which also included a common area with an incredible view. There was fast wifi, air conditioning, and a hot shower. Laundry service was available for an extra fee.

The villa is located a 15-minute walk from the main town, but it's easy to wave down a motorbike or local taxi. A trip to or from town costs $2-5.

Breakfast was included, and was excellent. Banana pancakes or eggs, plus fruit, coffee, and mineral water. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help us with taxis and other logistics.

Highly recommended!

Room tip: Rooms on the second floor are very nice!
