This was quite an unfortunate experience for us during our short time in Labuan Bajo. We had discussed in earlier emails, a confirmed date of our Komodo tour and I had given all the information asked. They specifically said in email to meet at ORA dive office at 0530am on April 3rd Tuesday. We stayed at Le Pirate hotel which is right beside ORA dive so it was not hard to find the office. We waited from 520am till 6am that morning and nobody was at the office to take us as planned. It was a horrible experience for us and we were quite disappointed with the company from lack of customer service, support and diligence.
Luckily, We were able to find someone who helped us get a private tour out to komodo and enjoyed ourselves.
We will not be recommending Oradive as the experience we had was absolutely horrible. To think we had a planned and confirmed tour and to be stood up that morning is very stressful for a tourist.
I hope this is a learning experience for them and to maybe be more responsible when it comes to booking customers for tours.
