Went out exploring the area from Darwin and stopped here for refreshments at the 303 Bar, beer was icy cold and I had a Barra Burger for lunch and it was phenomenal, The grilled fillet was special, lovely green lawns, wonderful friendly staff, recommend to all I do.

Visiting the Adelaide River area today and after some site seeing it was lunch and a cool drink time . What a great place to have a break, plenty of dining options and heaps on tap or in the cooler. Nice surroundings and very friendly staff.

if you are looking for a oasis to have a cool drink, this is the place.
you wouldn't even know it there from the road, its behind the petrol station
it has lush green lawns and a great pub at good prices for a beer.
the 303 bar remembers the sacrifices made during the war and even Charlie the buffalo Croc Dundee
its worth stopping to have a beer
its about an hour from Darwin

A small caravan park and motel behind the River Inn and service station. It is well located only an hour or so from Litchfield NP, and between Darwin & Katherine.

We checked in & were escorted to a shaded, grassed, powered site located near the clean amenities block. There is a nice, partly shaded, walk in swimming pool which allows a cool off & an exercising swim.

There is a camp kitchen but also a 7day a week beer garden area which served lunch & dinner all days, and adds breakfast on the weekend. Meals were good & incl barramundi as well as buffalo.

A short walk or drive to the War Cemetery Information area which was extremely informative regarding the bombing of Darwin and features the life story of a few people impacted. Should not be missed.

Spent one night here in the cabin style accommodation. The room was spacious and included a living room with couch, dining table and small kitchen and TV. The bed was comfortable and although the room was very warm when I arrived, it cooled down quickly with the air conditioning and fans. Ate dinner at the pub and it was tasty. Breakfast options are fairly limited to the local petrol station.
