Not for the faint hearted! A really good workout but your lets will be tired once you reach the top. Bring a bottle of water. There are bird shows and bears at the top. Take the gondola down for ~$10 (i can't remember the exact price)

But an excellent way to check out the beautiful BC forests and get your heart rate up. Bring plenty of water and I'd suggest taking the tram for the trip down (as that can be brutal on knees if you try to walk it).

If you want a physical challenge and you are in fairly good shape, a great way to work out. Wear layers and proper footwear. It is a stead climb up nature made staircase of rocks, logs, trails. You will work up a sweat and will need water to drink. You can have a great meal @ the top and quite the view. It is only $5 to ride the tram down which I recommend. I would never walk down.

Take in the great scenery and get a great work out at the same time. After you get to the top you can turn around and go down the way you came up or take the Skyride down (for a small fee).
