“Rocky Mountain Get Away”

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel however, the first night we booked a one bedroom with den. The den had a hideabed and there was another sofabed in the living area..they were absolutely intolerable for anyone over 30lbs. We asked to be changed to a two bedroom with a king and a queen. It was infinitely better and well worth the extra money. Having the balcony with your own barbecue was a plus for sure!

I find myself wanting to comment on this resort an actual year after we stayed there spurred on only by comparison to the Copperstone Resort down the road.Stoneridge may cost an extra $25-30/night but is well worth it.The rooms are fantastic with gas fireplace surrounded by beautiful stone right to the ceiling. We had a great view overlooking 3 Sisters and the rooms are spacious. It's closer to Canmore and pond for pound was very happy with room decore and ambience. Can't go wrong here!!

Great outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Appreciated the free WiFi access.

Much better than a hotel room.

We stayed over spring break and were very happy with the condo. Spacious. Comfy beds. Wonderful showers and soaker tub. Own BBQ and full kitchen. Only down was gas fireplace instead of wood.

We had a 3 day company offsite event at the Stoneridge Mountain Resort for 30 people in March of this year. Extremely professional, friendly & helpful staff. We had business meetings which were held in their meeting room & we also had a hospitality suite set up for our teambuilding events. I had many telephone calls & queries while dealing with Natasha prior to our booking this venue, she is a true professional and really knows her business. We had breakfast & lunch catered for our meetings from the Silver Tip, the food was incredibly well prepared and presented. Lisa was fun, positive, pleasant & professional. We received outstanding customer service all the way around. I would absolutely have future meetings at the Stoneridge & will definitely recommend it to others in the company.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are suites. The are very well appointed, beautiful decor, clean & quiet. Pers...

This is a great property in Canmore. We stayed four nights. The suites are spacious with full kitchens. The outdoor swimming pool and hottub are great. The only complaints were the slow internet and the low roof in the underground parking. The internet is very, very slow.

My son and I recently stayed at the StoneRidge resort, March 23-25, 2012. We were in the area for a Dog Sledding Adventure with Snowy Owl Dog Sledding in Canmore. The location of the resort was good...a 5 minute drive to Canmore downtown amenities. We had room #425, a 2 bedroom king suite facing 3 Sisters Mountains. This was right above the lobby and was not noisy from the street, some noise in the hallways. The view was fantastic. We arrived late afternoon, the check-in staff were really good. They were pleasant & welcoming. They reminded us of the no pet policy in rooms, so we had to inform them that we were there for a dog sledding adventure. This was important as they charge $500.00 if there is evidence of pets in the rooms. Beautiful flooring throughout, hardwood and tile. The condo had beautiful cupboards and stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops. Loved the top floor as we had vaulted ceilings. They also provided a full service kitchen....pots and pans, utensils, etc. There was plenty of closet space throughout the condo, even a washer and drier, iPod station, and a t.v. in each room. We also had a balcony off each bedroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. The master had a huge tub, shower and double vanity sink, very modern. The second bedroom was a good size and had a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The beds were very comfortable, I have a bad back so this is important...very good support. My son said it was the best sleep he had in a very long time. Shampoo/condition/soap etc. is provided as well as a blow drier. The only thing that would have been nice was to provide a small make-up mirror, but really this was minor. We heard no noise from the street or other rooms. The fireplace was very cozy. They have underground parking, so no worries about having your vehicle damaged. They don't allow skis or snowboards in the rooms, so they do provide a place in the underground garage to put your belongings. You can also wax your snowboards and skis and store them there as well. We did not use the outdoor pool and hot tub as I forgot my swim suit. The staff called us a couple of times to see if there was anything that we needed as well as housekeeping staff. They were not intrusive at all. We spent an evening in Banff which is only a 20 minute drive from Canmore. This place is really nice and I would go back again. I would put on some photo's, but this site wouldn't allow me to....sorry.

Room Tip: Rooms on lobby side are facing 3 Sisters. Great for solo, families, couples and business trips.
