This hotel had very good service and was as expected. Condo was clean and spacious. Hotel was kept clean and parking was very convenient. Very nice mountain views, kitchen well equipped. Robes in the room were a nice touch.

We had wonderful 3 night stay. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Our room had everything we needed, anything else we required was supplied quickly. Falcon crest is definitely our go to place to stay in Canmore.

We loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything you want. This bed and the pillows were so comfortable I wish I could have taken them home! We even got a surprise gift package to add to our great weekend! Everyone was super friendly, especially Naje! Thanks for a great stay!

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Price was more than reasonable for the size and amenities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was completed when it was convenient for us. Underground parking was much appreciated. Great experience! We will be back.

Very nice unit in Falcon Crest - modern, clean, nicely equipped with the mountain feel you want in Canmore. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Loved the mountain views, nice hot tubs. The free car wash in the parking garage was a thoughtful bonus.
