We had a wonderful time learning something new. We had never been SUP before and had no idea what we were doing. We learned so much in our 1 hour time on the water. We will definitely be back to rent equipment and even take more tours/lessons in the future as we continue to learn more. Our guide was so sweet and hilarious. She met us where we were with our skill levels and did a great job challenging us and encouraging us. It is a great adventure!

The location is great...not too crowded. Close to the Nordic center so you can use that building for washrooms/changing/snacks etc. We took a picnic lunch out then got in the water. Show up a bit early to sign waivers and get all set up so you can get the most out of your tour time.
