My wife and I visited this hotel on our way to Tadoussac, coming from New Hampshire. It is quite conveniently located right next to the highway. The check in and check out were fast and expedite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The parking lot very, very ample. Breakfast was very good. Overall a good place to stay.

This is an excellent hotel that is close to Highway 20, a major shopping mall, restaurants and gas stations. The rooms are pretty standard North American hotel size and are clean and well appointed. The WiFi works very well (at least in the room we had). The hotel is used for conferences and so there are some good sized meeting rooms available. There is an on-site restaurant if you want to eat a meal in the hotel (breakfast is not included in the room rate). The staff is friendly, bilingual and helpful. The lobby is attractively decorated and the property is very well maintained. A great place to stop if you are traveling through Quebec and wish to avoid Montreal and Quebec City hotels.

I usually stay at Best Western when possible because of the value, exercise room, great service and quality of the rooms. The Wifi is great, the rooms are always spotless and the TV channels have sports.

This is a 4-story hotel with conference facilities. My first impression of the lobby was "Wow"! This impression remains throughout the hotel.The hotel is spotless and the staff friendly and bilingual.

Best Western Plus Hotel International in Drummondville was our first stay at a Best Western propperty in several years and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of facility, on-site restaurant, and general appearance of the hotel.
