Fully renovated room, brand new air con. Staff was there when needed. Thank you very much, we had a great stay
This is my go-to destination in parry sound Very reasonable rates, i dont know why anyone would pay for a franchise when we can bet better at cheaper rate

The room was brand new, newly updated washroom, new paint, comfortable sleep, Outside looked not updated, but inside was better than franchise hotels, also was as clean as it can be,

great location and updated rooms, smelled clean, the info on the restaurant was helpful, the also helped us to rent a bike, I would recommend this place, the AC unit was brand new, had a very comfortable sleep

As this was a last minute plan to travel to Parry Sound, we knew we would not have the pick of the places to stay! This was certainly not! The front staff were pleasant enough, but we found the previous occupants used towels in the bathroom, no fresh towels and no extra toilet paper, crumbs on the bedside table and the floor, and the breakfasts were very under par - even in these times - coleslaw on white toast! Really? We had to do a complete lysol wipe-down and hoped that that was going to be sufficient. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Hi, the ownership has been changed since your visit, and hotel is fully renovated now,
we have also changed our cleaning staff, and we are taking extra cleaning steps as recommended by city.
