We reserved 2 rooms early on June 26 2018 at this Knight’s Inn in Midland. There also was a friend of ours that had made confirmed reservations. Three rooms denied from our wedding. We spent from 3 o’clock to 3:30 at the front desk while the man looked at our email confirmation on my phone and he said he “there is no record of this booking… we are full.” He also said “at busy times do not use websites, book straight with the hotel“. Are you kidding me?? We spent another half an hour in the parking lot looking for two rooms in Midland and there were none to be had. We needed to get to the wedding for 4:30 so we ended up getting changed in the parking lot. That was a real treat. The wedding party was extremely upset and justified so!!! We and our parents (in their eighties) had to leave our wedding celebration much too early to drive two hours to get home. No travelers should ever be denied rooms that they had previously booked.
