Spent the weekend with a friend. This is a nice location if you’re attending a function at Centre in the Square. The young man tending bar was a hoot. Full of advice on places to see and how to get there.
The motel is nice but certainly not $172 per night nice. Breakfast is not even included. Although there is parking, it’s quite a distance and costs extra. Our view was of the alley and parking garage. More

We stayed at the Kitchener Crowne Plaza for a relative's wedding. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. And the location is very central to things in Kitchener.

Stayed at this hotel for business.
I had a terrible sleep. The noise of other guests was extremely disruptive.
That being said how I was treated at the end of my trip was beyond my expectations.
When I was checking out the agent asked how my stay was and I shared with her my experience. I wouldn't have said anything unless I was asked but since she asked I let her know. The agent appreciated my feedback and let me know she would be looking into the matter further and also offered to compensate me. I told her the compensation wasn't necessary, I just wanted to let her know since she asked. Long story short, by her saying I hope you will give us another chance she totally turned my impression around and felt valued as a customer.
The food here was surprisingly fantastic. The steak was perfectly cooked and everything was hot.

A good choice in the area. The grounds and parking garage seem dated but the lobby and rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Small bathroom, though so perhaps not great for groups! A pleasant stay and convenient location.

Stayed at the Crowne for a Cheer Competition. Overall the room and the hotel were great. A special shout out to Ben who made sure our girls had everything they needed to get ready for the competition. Thanks Ben!!!

My husband surprised me for Valentines/anniversary with a jacuzzi suite while we were in town for a concert.
The room was very spacious, with a separate sitting space w/ fireplace. The washroom/shower combo was good and the king size bed and jacuzzi were lovely. Lots of windows and sunlight in the space and great service.
We would definitely recommend if staying in the KW area
