At 85 her show was a mix of live Q&A, stories and video clips. Truly worth every cent. Such an honour to be in the audience.
Bathroom needs updating, parking was well-staffed and organized.

Centre in the Square is truly a great theater (Main Stage) to see just about anything you can think of. Regardless of where you sit, you will surely enjoy a great performance or show. On this particular day we enjoyed the "Just for Laughs" tour and it was a fantastic evening. If you are a member or not - you will always be treated with great respect. There is parking across the street, which is limited and if you don't mind the walk you could almost always park a block or so away and have very cheap parking...sometimes free. Needing some laughter in your life then I highly suggest seeing any comedy performance. Just a few months prior to this show we saw "Who's Live Anyways" which was actually in February of 2017 and not able to create a review for that because too much time has passed. If you ever come through Kitchener then I suggest taking in a show to experience the theater for yourself and I hope you enjoy the show you see. Seating maps are on-line for your viewing convenience.

So there's seats down the middle aisle to sell more seats & the heck with safety & convenience. I realize you are not the only venue that has done this but with an aging audience?????
I thoroughly enjoyed Daniel O'Donnell he is an absolutely terrific entertainer

First I will talk about the Centre In The Square, it is a beautiful entertainment complex. You immediately feel welcomed, the washrooms are spotless, and the staff are superb! The seats are very comfortable, but I would have liked to be a little closer to the venue, it was my problem though I ordered my ticket a little late.
The show itself had a little sound trouble at the very beginning, I couldn't hear the vocals over the loud music. By the second song, all vocals and the music were in sync, could hear everything perfectly! Now Mike (Nesmith) and Mickey (Dolenz) of the Monkees played some of their past hits, my favourite song was "Pleasant Valley Sunday". It was a super evening!

Attended a concert by the Grand Philharmonic Choir and the KW Symphony.
Sat in the front row of the mezzanine and at first when seated, though wow, long way from the stage. After settling in, it wasn't so far at all as this configuration was almost a thrust stage in front of the theatre stage.

Long story short. Someone unwrapping a candy wrapper anywhere in the facility will be heard so be warned it is not appreciated. The Chori and Symphony were outstanding for this event. But what was more astounding were the acoustics. Built in the shape of the rectangular European tradition, I expected the should be trapped but it went somewhere and the resonance was as if in a cathedral with a dome. I don't know how this facility is for nontraditional classical music, but for the classical enthusiast, don't skip this venue. Go a bit ahead and explore the art gallery which is free to view.

Had great seats for viewing the concert Foreigner. Was a little disappointed there were only 1 or 2 original band members. Acoustics were great. Not sure I like the long aisles of the theatre. Had end seats so was constantly having to move to let people in. Would hate it if there was ever an emergency!
Happy there are venues close by bringing performers I want to see eliminating the hassle of travelling to Toronto!

We just attended the Randy Bachman concert and have attended several shows in the past. This is a great venue except that the long rows of seats with access only from the ends make it difficult when patrons arrive late or are tardy when returning from the break.
Perhaps more stringent supervision would help. Don't let people enter until there is a break between songs. Also, there was some discouragement from taking pictures or videos. This should be much stronger with clear announcements. We go to watch and enjoy the show - not to be constantly disrupted by those who do not respect other audience members.
Randy and his band were excellent.

We drove to Kitchener for "Chen Yun" arrived in good time and parked under ground for a very reasonable rate. Walked to the elevator....out of order! Two flights of stairs later and a bit of a walk to the venue my handicapped wife was already done. The staff in the theatre were fantastic! Pleasant and helpful. The venue was great and well suited for a magnificent production. I did find the seats somewhat uncomfortable after an hour and a half but all in all very enjoyable. They may consider more or larger bathroom facilities.

I enjoyed the performance of The Nutcracker with my daughter and granddaughter. It was wonderfully danced with many young children involved.

This venue is very good, the people working there are professional helpful and polite.. They may not be robots and super fast; but, they are human beings and you do feel happy when they are working.

The place from the street does not look like much with some exterior renovations going on; but, inside it is still classy.

The issue parking: Limited spots and lots and lots of traffic during events. Also during the day when you are picking up your tickets the damn contractors are parking in the 15 minute spots for the box office... I can imagine of you are also dropping off people who are handicap in any sort of large transit for such folks that would have a tight squeeze through..

In the past I have also been backstage and around the venue for a hackathon and all the work done behind the curtain truly is impressive.

Sadly, parking even without contractors in the way is a SERIOUS issue.
