Staff is friendly and courteous. Property is clean. Rooms are excellent! Never had a bad stay. I booked this property for a 3 day business meeting for a dozen people. They called for confirmation a week in advance to ask how we required the room to be set up. What training aids were required. They were engaged with us until we were ready to start. Real customer service!
A great overnight stop, very sufficient breakfast, comfy beds. The room was convenient as we travelled with our dog and we got a ground floor room. Staff were all kind and helpful. No complaints at all.
Rooms are nice clean and spacious. Lobby was clean and had lots of amenities. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and coffee excellent. If anything they need to plow parking lot better. Entrance was like a bottle and hard to see on coming traffic. But winter has been tough up there this year.
I’m traveling across Canada and watching my billing via hotels. This Super 8 double billed me and are very unresponsive. If you stay here watch your credit card billing. I won’t be staying here on the way back for sure.
The staff went above and beyond with our overly excited children who were all experiencing their first hockey tournament and for many first time out of town in over a year! They were encouraging, helpful, and made the kids feel special each time they headed out for a game, or returned. The room was great, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing. They truly went above and beyond and it meant so much to parents and kids! Thank you so much!!!!
