Collingwood is so lucky to have this place! Far better than the garbage places we have in Barrie! Everything from service to presentation is fantastic. Two sushi masters from Japan set up shop in an old Victorian in Collingwood. Sauces, temperature, rice consistency are all dead on. Sunomono salad was shockingly fresh and flavoured surf clam, octopus(not chewy), sweet delicate shrimp and incredible seaweed. Even dipping sauces seemed homemade and served hot. Wish they had Asahi beer but Sapporo worked. Demonslayer Daiginjo sake would be nice too. Crazy amount of choices for vegetarians. All the usual fish and Uni too. No sable fish. Check out menu on website how they make this much food for so little money is a mystery. Service awesome.
