Most staff, owner, and even the regional manager allow so many lies in this location. Food is made wrong, from the very start most staff do not know how much of the items to put on the sandwich. Do not know how to make a wrap correctly, forgetting ingredients and can't even fold it correctly. Toasting is useless, because most staff make the sandwich or wrap sit on the counter for to long, turning it cold and hard. Most staff do not know the correct price, and overcharge you and will try to actually fight you to not give your money back. The drink machine runs out of the syrup many times, and it does not tell you that it is sold out. So when you get a drink, you are just getting carbonated water. Most staff will not know how to make your food, the correct price, and be very confused and lost on at the checkout, that your food will get cold and hard, or gross and soggy.
The owner does nothing about this, but lie to Subway head office telling them that he has solved the problem and has contacted the customer, when he has not. The owner ignores the problems and ignores the customers completely. The regional manager that should be looking over this place does nothing about it, but get told lies by the owner and most staff.
Been to this location a handful of times, and bad almost every time. Most staff refuse to refund my money, the owner refuses to refund my money, the regional/district manager refuses or ignores or gets told lies, and Subway itself will do nothing to solve anything and refund my money. Gift cards means nothing, when the location you go to is terrible.
Also, at one time, some of the reviews and photos for this location is actually wrong. The photos have been removed, but the reviews are still here. Giving this location false reviews.
Ignore this horrible place completely, never step foot in the is place. And get a proper meal some place else.
I will edit my review, when I get my money back, I see improvements to this location, and an apology from the owner.
The menu was as expected, the young man working was pleasant and did a good job. Would recommend and will come again.
Newer restaurant, clean, friendly staff, fresh food, good portions. This specific Subway is amazing for having tons of variety in their menu. Ask about the gluten free options as well, the brownies are delicious.

I was greeted by a freindly guy who made me one of the better subway sandwiches ive had to date. restaurant was pretty empty when i went in so it was in and out really quick and freindly .
