On our last night at Mount Robson, we decided to try the Caribou Grill for dinner and we weren’t disappointed.

From the friendliness of the staff and the tasty food, we loved it! We ordered the prime rib and the fettuccine primavera. My husband not being a fan of salad asked for his dinner, which came with Caesar salad, without the salad. He was then. Offers the daily vegetables instead, which he gladly accepted.

Like many other places we have eaten, the Caribou grill are generous with their portions and we left full, not being able to finish our meals. The fettuccine primavera was delicious, not overly garlicky and the overall combination of many different roasted vegetables, fresh broccoli and tomato sauce was amazing. The prime rib was soft, tender and let in your mouth delicious. The fries were chunky chips, cooked perfectly with crispy outside and fluffy inside.

If you’re ever in Valemount, go to the Caribou Grill!

Six of us ate here in September 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices are high, but the food is top quality and so is the service. I highly recommend it. Everyone loved their meals, including the prime rib, scallops wrapped in bacon, glory bowl, salmon, and spinach salad. The waiter Anthony was efficient, friendly, flexible with special requests, and informative about the area.

Thought it would be quiet here for an early dinner, but the restaurant was full, the waitress suggested we waited for 20 minutes and I am so glad we did, the food was delicious and the service was good. Plenty of choice and good size portions, good value for money.

We walked from our motel to this nice log cabin restaurant.
And yes, there was a wait time to get in. We sat at the bar and had a drink until our table was ready...took about half hour, so not bad.
This is a very busy place, and I get why.
The staff are so nice and pleasant.
The food was really good, but not exceptional. Nothing to rave on and on about, but we throughly enjoyed our meal.
The dessert we can rave about! The Caribou Coupe was delicious!
Would we return, you bet!

which serves very good food, not too pricy, and the service is very friendly. Would recommand it anytime.
