During our annual haul out in Sidney for paint and scrape, we needed shelter while we worked.
On very short notice we found an amazing value at The Latch Inn, a wonderful heritage property that has real old world charm and unique British Columbia history having once been the summer home of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia. Check out their website to learn more. Rooms have original art on the walls and wood panels. Nice to have a fire place to socialize in the front dining parlour.
Best part this bed n breakfast was breakfast. Great food cooked and served with care and concern. Owners in the kitchen worked to ensure our early schedule could be met. Requests for more heat in the room resulted in quick action with central heat turned up and extra heaters too.
We are booking for another stay in January and need an early breakfast again and they will accommodate. Looking forward to our return.
