We found the all the staff to be helpful, polite, and attentive. The beds were comfortable, the internet worked well, and the breakfast room was well stocked. All questions and requests were addressed in short order. This was our third annual stay and we will stay here again.

We requested housekeeping for the 2 days that we stayed (3nights) - and we just couldn’t get our beds made at all. On the information sheet it clearly states that housekeeping will be done every day.

When i emailed bill Steacy the GM he advised: it is standard operating procedures with the current staffing levels that we do not perform full cleans on guest rooms on multiple night stays other than a towel refresh and change of garbage if needed.

So even though I had been requesting beds to be made Everyday they won’t do it. Might as well air BNB it or stay at the nearby Fairfield Inns Marriott.

We were so dusty and dirty and tired every day after our ball tournaments ,we just wanted clean made up beds.

The front desk lady Roberta was rude and not helpful at all.

I don’t think we were requesting too much after spending over $225 a night for a room - just to have our beds made.

Nice Rooms, Great staff. Very accommodating. Limited parking space though. Room is clean. Great location
