We always stay here on our way to the coast. The luscious surroundings are so welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is always friendly. There are lots of fruit stands close by.

Have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. There is a reason why this is the #1 rated hotel in Salmon Arm. Staff are very friendly. Covid requirements are in place, which I felt very safe. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent in all areas - easy access, clean, quiet, welcoming, all staff were friendly but professional, especially Sanifor at the front desk - lovely girl! Excellent breakfast, well-lit parking lot, crisp linens, good pillows. Didn’t try the pool etc as maintenance was being done. Great value for the price! Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

Everyone at this hotel made our one night stay a pleasure. From the time we step foot in the front door and greeted by Francis to the owner who we met by chance. Great recommendations to local eateries. There is a Tesla destination charger here and even before we finish asking the location of the charger, Francis let us know that one of their customers had trouble charging and if it happened us, place call and they will flip the breaker back on. This hotel was very equipped. We will definitely return the next time we are in Salmon Arm.

I’d say this hotel is a solid 3 star based on our experience. Clean and comfortable. For those of us paying attention to COVID 19 precautions, they’re packing breakfast bags for guests as the dining room isn’t open for breakfast, I appreciated this. However they are not enforcing their own policy of mask wearing in public spaces and in fact on arrival, there were two women at the reception desk and one had her mask off.

Planned a stop here during a road trip and was very impressed! I was extremely happy with the safety measures the hotel has in place regarding COVID 19 - all guests must wear a mask to enter the hotel, all staff were wearing masks, multiple sanitization stations, and breakfast bags were provided in the morning upon request. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Salmon Arm!
