They could do more to enforce the mandatory mask rule. I switched hotels and got a nice room that is less expensive. Also, they should remove the old toilets from the property. Looks trashy from the window.

We had an emergency had to travel and stayed at the comfort inn in Salmon Arms. During these unsettling time, this place was just unreal. The staff, the care and attention, everything. I would recommend to everyone

Have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. There is a reason why this is the #1 rated hotel in Salmon Arm. Staff are very friendly. Covid requirements are in place, which I felt very safe. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Room tip: I haven't had a bad room at all.

We always stay here on our way to the coast. The luscious surroundings are so welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is always friendly. There are lots of fruit stands close by.
Room tip: I think all the rooms are quiet because they are surrounded by a lot of green space and trees

Excellent in all areas - easy access, clean, quiet, welcoming, all staff were friendly but professional, especially Sanifor at the front desk - lovely girl! Excellent breakfast, well-lit parking lot, crisp linens, good pillows. Didn’t try the pool etc as maintenance was being done. Great value for the price! Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

Everyone at this hotel made our one night stay a pleasure. From the time we step foot in the front door and greeted by Francis to the owner who we met by chance. Great recommendations to local eateries. There is a Tesla destination charger here and even before we finish asking the location of the charger, Francis let us know that one of their customers had trouble charging and if it happened us, place call and they will flip the breaker back on. This hotel was very equipped. We will definitely return the next time we are in Salmon Arm.
