Overall an OK hotel. The rooms were dated and the air conditioner was falling apart (seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while). There were COVID restrictions in place, and the hotel was moderately clean. The pool was decent, except the hot tub was closed down. They had a hot breakfast to go, which was nice. They seemed short staffed, considering the hotel as sold out (Saturday night). Long line-ups at the registration desk, and no one was available to answer the phones.

We liked the hotel overall and enjoyed our stay. Just few mins drive from the Salmon Arm downtown. Very close to DQ, Grocery, McDonalds, Subway, Tim Hortons, Gas Stations etc. and next to Highway 1.

Stuffs were very nice, friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and painless. Beds were comfortable. They provide breakfast which was nice as well. Used the swimming pool and kids enjoyed it but hot tub was out of service. The property is getting aged but they maintained well.

Plenty of parking around the hotel, if you can't find anything at the front, they have lot of parking on the left side and at the back. Will come back.

We had an emergency had to travel and stayed at the comfort inn in Salmon Arms. During these unsettling time, this place was just unreal. The staff, the care and attention, everything. I would recommend to everyone
