This place is like a home away from home and we loved our stay here. Our room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, clean and with every amenity. We enjoyed sitting outside on our private patio and we appreciated the bath tub after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was wonderful with home made jams, wonderful yoghurt, locally made granola as well as a cooked breakfast. The family offer exceptional hospitality with great attention to detail.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience about your stay. We do live and work on a special spot, away from busy downtown but still only 5 minutes drive to downtown Salmon Arm. We try to offer a quiet and comfortable stay for all guests with check in times between 3 and 7 PM so everyone can enjoy room, garden and a quiet evening. And it is always good to hear this appreciated by our guests.

Warm greetings, Rene, Joaney and Mariska

Beautiful bed and breakfast! Amazing view out the back porch. Lovely owners who are very eager to help out. Rooms were clean. Hotel is very accepting of gluten free people snd has a lot of organic items. Breakfast was amazing, and the whole atmosphere was surreal

Thank you for your review, breakfast is very important for us we can show of the great produce and products that are grown and made locally. We know where your food comes from! Gluten free is never a problem, if we know ahead we can do special diet requirements.

When you search for accommodation in Salmon Arm, forget everything you know about hospitality, and just book a room at the inn at the ninth hole, which is located actually at the 8th hole of a local golf course. It is the coziest, spotless, most comfortable and home-like place we have stayed in in 50 years of travelling around the blue marble. A hearty and tasteful breakfast tops it all. We just regret that we did not stay there longer. And the cherry on top: it is not downtown, but only 5 minutes away by car. Try the fruit preserves! And the sausage! and the bed! We hope you are convinced.

This is a very lovely place to stay. The B&B is very quiet, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was copious, organic and everything was local. Additionally, they sold the jams, syrups and granola that they served. Our hosts were very sinceret, helpful and charming. They truly wanted your stay to be as enjoyable as possible.

What a find! We are B&B travelers and this is certainly one of the best we've stayed at anywhere. It is, indeed, more of a charming country inn than a B&B. Not necessarily luxurious in the opulent and frequently 'over the top' manner of some hotels but it is exceedingly charming, clean, comfortable, homey, and with not a stone left unturned with regards to attention to detail. The rooms are spacious--their website describes each room in detail, some as large as 800 square feet or more. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and fully supplied with everything that a traveler needs. The B&B is owned by a most professional, helpful and friendly Dutch family and as such, the delicious breakfasts have a 'continental' European flavor to them. The offerings included all local products beautifully presented and explained but in addition, any traditional western egg dishes can also be freshly prepared to order. The cheese and breads were fantastic! There is, in addition, a charming and private garden to enjoy with lovely sitting areas. Most suitable for any situation, be it a one night 'passing through' scenario as was our case, a longer stay for either families, singles or couples to enjoy the many amenities of this beautiful area, or wedding parties. Do yourself a favor and stay here rather than at one of the gentrified and boring chain inns and motels that are littered along the highway.

What more than a great thank you can we write down? Good, local tasteful food for breakfast is next to comfortable rooms important to us and many of our guests. The Shuswap is indeed a great area to explore and hang out relax or be very spotive for a couple days.

Thanks again, Rene, Joaney and Mariska
