Older style motel, not pricey, but worth it for a 1 night stay while traveling. Good restaurant right there and a convenient store that's open till midnight. Beds are comfy and air conditioning works. Pretty quite rooms as well.

Cheap, small, dated, but clean. You get what you pay for here and it's fine for one night. It's advertised as an old Western experience which it is in a way but only because I don't think it's been decorated since 1884!!! Having said that, I'd stay again...

The strong smell hit us as we opened the door of the room, and it only got worse. The pink bath circa 1965 , lights not working mismatched curtains, can't lock door, bed linen clean but very old. Tv at least 15 yrs old. Charity shop furniture. Chipped paintwork. I've never left a review as bad as this and I hope I never have to again.

A very no-frills one-star motel, with a musty smell.

Winter (end of). Wi-Fi – good. Heating in the room – just. Hot water for shower -- Instant hot! Bed – clean, good sleep. Room does warm up over time.

Room slopes to the rear, from the door. Bring a few clothes pegs to help close the curtains. Pillows need replacing. Very small rooms. Basic. Meet a need, but need a big refurbishment. Yes, you get what you pay, but if you're running a business, want full occupancy, want repeat customers, etc. Fine after a weekend in the hills and roughing it, and want a bit of comfort. Not really suitable for families – rooms are musty.

It is a one star motel – it is functional, but just bear in mind, it is very basic.
Yes, a shower caddy. And very hot water instantly – great.

On the highway in and out of town. Attached restaurant (although the gas station was not working, there is an all-hours convenience store there). Some have microwaves, some have fridges, most have televisions. Parking easy.

Cost is a big plus. However, most other disparaging reviews correct, so caveat emptor (buyer beware). It is functional. If you can't handle old and very basic, double your budget and find another motel. Check the room before you pay.

Room Tip: Get road noise, but not an issue.

Stayed for two nights at the Frontier. Rooms are old but very clean as well as the bathrooms. Noise wasn't bad, either. Very good value for the price. If you just needed a place to sleep with no frills, this is the place.
