We loved our stay at Copperpoint! The room was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The hotel in general is very clean, the grounds were great. Will definitely be back and would recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Invermere area. Elements was great as well.

Annual visit to Copper Point Resort to participate in the Challenge Cup. Room was great as usual, and some recent upgrades and improvements were evident. The resort is pet friendly as well for those that travel with their favourite companion. Would recommend this resort. Addition pool and facilities near by are great.

My husband and I were very impressed with Copper Point Resort. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at! We stayed in the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen which was amazing and met our needs for two adults and one baby, plus a dog. The hotel provided and crib and is also dog friendly - which gets bonus points from us! We used the pool, hot tub and restaurant and enjoyed them all. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful.

Copper Point is a nice place to stay with family. Secluded, quiet, and lots of amenities. The swimming pools and hot tubs are nice, however the shower/change rooms could be cleaned more often. Copper Point seems like it is a very busy place in the summer so they could not accommodate early check in or late check out. I do not think that the price per night is worth the stay...could be a little less expensive. For the price they are charging the resort should be a 5+ star place. But, overall i would recommend family and/ or a group of friends to come and stay at the resort and enjoy the mountains. We did not have any problems with the staff, they were quite friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible.

Really disappointing and frustrating experience at Copper Point. First check in took over 20 minutes as they were understaffed at the front desk. Then we were told there were NO TOWELS clean in the hotel and we wouldn't get any until closer to 6pm. Some people weren't able to check in until after 5pm. This is unacceptable to shorten someone's allowable stay because your hotel can't get organized. Then we are preemptively charged a $75 damage fee - for a married couple staying one night... not sure how much damage they were expecting? When we got into the suite it was clear it was well used and the furniture showed excessive wear and tear for the age of the building. Then the ceiling fan in our bathroom started to leak water because the unit above us had a leaky shower. We decided to go check out the pool. The pool area was a disaster and looked nothing like the website. Torn chair cushions on nearly every seat, dirty towels literally everywhere, beer cans and coffee cups all over the ground. Pool bar closed. Grossed out we left immediately. Later that night we went for a walk - barking dogs in many of the suites, including some left unattended on balconies. Check out was another ordeal with the staff unable to properly confirm that the room was in fact paid for. We left uneasy thinking we will likely be double charged. Also important to mention the entire building is paper thin and sound travels everywhere. You can full hear people walking down the hall, on the floor above you, halfway down the hallway. The only reason we weren't completely disappointed was because we got a steal on the room (through a third party website , Copper Point told me they had no availability). We are pretty low maintenance people but even the absolute basics here are mishandled. Would not return; absolutely not worth what they charge here.
